THE GRANARY AT EASTON

Blending Urban Luxury with Rural History

A downtown Easton, Maryland industrial site will soon be home to The Granary, a 2.4 acre adaptive reuse sustainable, residential and commercial development that will preserve the history of a formerly Perdue-owned grain facility. Located next to the Rail-to-Trails, the project will transform ten grain silos into more than forty single and multi-family residential units. The rooftops provide shared outdoor green spaces, and indoor-outdoor individual units offer private balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows and doors to take advantage of the view from one of Easton’s tallest landmarks.

THE GRANARY AT EASTON

Sustainable Living on Maryland's Eastern Shore

The Granary at Easton is a concept that revitalizes historic grain silos in Easton, Maryland, an urbanizing rural area and the retail hub of Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Centrally located near Easton’s bustling downtown, the silos are presented as a unique residential revitalization opportunity, the sale offering an architectural package to an enterprising developer, allowing for drop-in, pre-built structurally engineered units that make use of the existing silos and convert an underutilized grain operation into a thriving residential community.
